We undertake repairs to Seiko, Pulsar timepieces and other high-quality watch brands. If you require, we can give an estimate before proceeding with the work. To send your watch to us, we suggest you check the instructions for sending (below) and also refer to our handling charge details.
We only carry out repairs for customers sending from within the UK (not overseas), but please ALWAYS contact us first - do not send unless it has been pre-arranged with us.
Ensure that the watch is well protected to avoid damage during transit to us - we advise that you use Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (insured).

Enclose a letter describing the problem and requirements as fully as possible along with a payment for the handling charge (see below). After inspecting your watch, we will give you an estimate of the repair charges.
Make sure that you have enclosed your name, address and any contact details clearly (phone number/email). It would also be of great assistance to write your name and address on the outside of the packet.
Once we have received your watch, we may occassionally need to return the watch to you not repaired, the possible reasons for this could be, for example:
In these cases we would charge a handling/inspection fee and return postage/packaging as follows:
IMPORTANT: If we proceed with the watch according to your instructions, this handling charge (which will have already been paid by you) will be deducted from the final charge.
