We can supply Genuine Seiko parts, such as; batteries, bracelets, straps, bracelet parts (clasps, links, end-pieces), etc.  Further parts that can be supplied may require fitting by a watch repairer or other member of the trade, these include; glasses, hands, dials, stem/crown, buttons, bezels.  You must consult them for their fitting/repair charges.

If you decide to contact us by one of the methods suggested, with an enquiry for a watch part, you will need to provide some essential information:-

• The case number, which is stamped on the back of your watch case - this number consists of 8 digits (may include letters as well as numbers), with a hyphen in the middle.  i.e. XXXX-XXXX, for example 7T62-0A20
• The part required, such as a bracelet, strap, glass, etc
• The colour of the part, if relevant, such as stainless steel, gold-plated, black, grey, etc
• In some cases, the part number (if known) - for example, the bracelet number is sometimes stamped on the back of the end-piece (next to the case), or the dial number is printed on the dial at the 6o'clock position.

Please note - to order any spares, it is not possible to do this via the website as parts are not standard and vary according to different watch models.  Therefore you must contact us with your watch details to enable us to identify the required part.
