We undertake repairs to Seiko, Pulsar timepieces and other good-quality makes.  If you require, we can give an estimate before proceeding with the work.  To send your watch to us, we suggest you check the instructions for sending (below) and also refer to our handling charge details.

We occasionally do clocks, but please always contact us first - do not send unless it has been agreed between us.

Ensure that the watch is well protected to avoid damage during transit and send to us - we advise that you use Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (insured).

Enclose a letter describing the problem and requirements as fully as possible.  After inspecting your watch, we will give you an estimate of the repair charges.

Make sure that you have enclosed your name, address and any contact details (phone number,   e-mail address) - please print clearly.  It would also be of assistance to write your name and address on the outside of the packet. 

Once we have received your watch, we may occasionally need to return the watch to you not repaired, the possible reasons for this could be, for example:-

• You request the watch to be returned undone after we have sent you an estimate
• We feel that the watch is beyond economical repair
• Parts for the watch are no longer available and repair could not be completed

In these cases we would charge a handling/inspection fee and return postage/packing as follows:-

• £11.75p - the watch would be returned by Special Delivery - the charge includes administration fee, postage/packing and VAT
