****Authorised Seiko Service Centre and Japanese Horologist****
We are a small company that conducts horology business mainly via mail order. As we offer a personal service, you can be assured of our best attention. We are an established company, which has been running this service since 1981.
We are an authorised Seiko Service Centre and therefore use geniune Seiko parts for repairs of Seiko watches. We also sell parts for Seiko watches and supply both trade members as well as the general public. Other watches that can be repaired/serviced by us include Pulsar and other good-quality makes.
The company is run by Kazutoshi Kashiwazaki (a.k.a. Toshi) and Barbara Kashiwazaki, who manages the accounts.
Toshi: "I am a Japanese watch technician (horologist) and trained in Japan with Seiko, which is a subsidiary of the Hattori group. I came to England in 1972, working for Seiko, firstly in London, then in Guildford. I left Seiko in 1979 to set up an authorised Seiko Service Centre. In 1981, after establishing a workshop in London, the company moved back to Guildford in 1986 and has been running successfully from this location since that time".
